Very nice staff, excellent pool, delicious food, cleanliness needs improvement, sofa beds are not comfortable at all, night tongue on them a nightmare, pillows need to be replaced.

We enjoyed the hotel which was full but the staff coped with the food was plentiful and the selection of pools was crowded and less pleasant but overall the family was satisfied

המלון יפה, והנוף מדהים המעליות נתקעו מס פעמים ופעם אחת כשאני בתוכה כחצי שעה. הצוות מסביר פנים,יפה ,ומשתדל ככל יכולתו לסייע. בניגוד לכתוב בפרסום הספא היה סגור וזו היתה אכזבה גדולה. למרות כל זאת תמורה מעולה האוכל במגבלות הקורונה היה בהחלט משביע רצון

הצוות מאוד משתדל, בגלל המעלית המקולקלת השמוש בחדר המדרגות היה תדיר ולכן כדאי שגם הוא יהיה נקי. בערב חג מי שלא הזמין ארוחה לא יכול היה לקבל שום room service או דבר מזון וזה לא תקין.

There is a problem mattresses. I still caught in the neck and pain. Those caught in the back but he moved another few hours.
